This is an action under the Mc-Enerney Act, so called, to establish plaintiff’s title to a lot of land, one hundred by one hundred feet, at the corner of Nineteenth and Valencia streets in the city and county of San Francisco. By the judgment it was decreed that plaintiff is “the sole owner and seized in fee simple absolute” of said property, that its title thereto “is good and valid,” that the same “is hereby established and quieted as against all the world” except as to a certain deed of trust to secure a loan, “and that no other person has, holds or is entitled to any mortgage, or other…
