Appellant, Michael Derwin Wilson, was charged in a nine count criminal information, filed in the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County with manslaughter by automobile, homicide by motor vehicle while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated, driving under the influence of alcohol, reckless driving, negligent driving, driving on the wrong side of the roadway, failure to yield the right of way, and improper left turn.
