The plaintiff brings this complaint seeking a permanent injunction against the respondents restraining the latter from enforcing an order issued by the Chief Hearing Commissioner for the Office of Price Administration for Region No. 1, dated June 15, 1944, and affirmed on appeal by the Hearing Administrator for the Office of Price Administration at Washington, D.
