OPINION OF THE COURT

LEWIS, Judge:

Consistent with his pleas of guilty, the appellant was convicted by a military judge, sitting as a general court-martial, of an unlawful entry, indecent assault and communication of a threat, all occurring on 22 August 1981, and of housebreaking, two simple assaults consummated by batteries, communication of a threat and rape, all occurring on 27 June 1981. His approved sentence consists of a bad-conduct discharge, confinement at hard labor for eight years (the period in excess of five years suspended for five years), forfeiture of all pay and allowances and…
