■ This is an appeal by defendant, Hvidsten Transport, Inc., a North Dakota corporation, from a judgment of the District Court of Ramsey County in favor of plaintiff, Indianhead Truck Line, Inc., a Minnesota corporation, and from an order denying Hvidsten’s motion for a new trial.
The judgment granted specific performance of an agreement dated and signed June 27, 1958, at Fargo, North Dakota, between Hvidsten as seller and Indianhead as buyer. The judgment also awarded damages to Indianhead for the loss it suffered from being wrongfully deprived of benefits it would have…
