MEMORANDUM OPINION
CALEB M. WRIGHT, Senior District Judge.
This action was filed by plaintiff Jerome H. Lemelson (hereinafter “Lemelson”) against defendants The Bendix Corporation (hereinafter “Bendix”) and Brown & Sharpe Manufacturing Company (hereinafter “Brown & Sharpe”) on June 1, 1982. The complaint essentially alleges that Bendix and Brown & Sharpe unlawfully “combined and conspired with one another to boycott Lemelson” and refused to negotiate independently with Lemelson to take a license under his patents in violation of the antitrust laws.
