This is an appeal from a decree of the circuit court which held that Kenneth A. and Virginia M. Palmer, husband and wife, and their assignees, the defendants in this case, fully discharged the burdens imposed upon the said Palmers by a contract which the plaintiff, as vendor, and the Palmers, as vendees, signed December 11, 1941. That contract, as appears from the decree, provided that the plaintiff would convey the property involved in this proceeding to the vendees or their assigns upon payment to the plaintiff of $1,000 in monthly installments and upon the vendees’ assumption of a mortgage…
