I. ISSUE

SANCTION IMPOSED: THREE-YEAR THREE-YEAR SUSPENSION

Under the rules for imposing reciprocal discipline, this Court must impose the same discipline as the foreign jurisdiction unless deemed inappropriate under the cireum-stances. This action is based upon Respondent's seven-year suspension from practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (with four years stayed).
