This is an appeal from a judgment in favor of the defendants entered after an order sustaining a general demurrer to the plaintiff’s complaint without leave to amend.

The action is one in which the plaintiff, as a resident and taxpayer of Los Angeles County, seeks to enjoin said county and its board of supervisors from proceeding with the expenditure of public money and with the employment of county officials and employees, and the use of county tools and appliances and materials, upon the construction of a certain roadway upon and along a certain right of way forty feet in width and about…
