TREANOR, Circuit Judge.

Plaintiff-appellee filed a bill of discovery in aid of its action at law to recover damages alleged to have been caused to the plaintiff by the defendants’ violation of the Sherman Anti-Trust Act; 1 the action at law having been brought pursuant to-the authorization of the Clayton AntiTrust Act. 2 After the bill of discovery had been filed the District Court ordered certain amendments to be made to the complaint in the law action.
