OPINION and JUDGMENT

DALTON, District Judge.

The plaintiffs have filed a suit against the defendant for a tax refund. The present controversy concerns the number and extent of interrogatories and requests for admissions submitted by the defendant to the plaintiff. The government submitted to plaintiffs 135 pages of interrogatories and requests for the production of documents which contained 345 questions.
