GREENE, Judge.

Plaintiff (hereafter “Company” or “plaintiff”) and defendant J. Gregory Lewis (hereafter “Employee”) were parties to a non-competition agreement. Plaintiff requested and was granted a preliminary injunction by the trial court, restraining defendant from disclosing trade secrets and confidential information. The trial court denied the Company’s request for a preliminary injunction restraining defendant from competing with the Company. Plaintiff Company appeals.
