Judith Rogers, Judge.

This is an appeal from the Workers’ Compensation Commission’s decision finding that appellant failed to prove that he sustained any hearing loss during the course and scope of his employment with appellee. On appeal, appellant argues that there is no substantial evidence to support the Commission’s denial of benefits. We disagree and affirm.

We note that this case is a companion case with four other appeals involving the same appellee and the same core issues. This opinion will serve to address those issues in common with all of the companion cases. Consequently, the other…
