Appellant Paul Towery brought a workers’ compensation claim against appellee Hi-Speed Electrical Company, alleging that he sustained a compensable injury on November 7, 1997, which ultimately resulted in surgery to repair a herniated disc at C6-7 on June 10, 1999. Mr. Towery sought medical expenses, temporary total disability benefits from May 24, 1999, through October 25, 1999, and benefits for a seven-percent permanent partial impairment.
