COFFEY, Circuit Judge.
The plaintiff appeals the district court’s dismissal of his complaint seeking judicial review of the district director of Immigration and Naturalization Service’s denial of his request for political asylum and for a preliminary injunction enjoining the Immigration and Naturalization Service from *819taking any further action to deport him from the United States. We affirm.
