This is a suit by appellee to recover damages of the appellant city occasioned by the acts of said city in changing the grades of certain streets and alleys in the vicinity of plaintiff's property, whereby the property was overflowed to the plaintiff's damage in the way of a depreciated value of the premises and because of inconvenience to and sickness of himself and family.
