This is the second appeal ip this case, the opinion on the former appeal being reported in 152 S. W. 236. The suit was by Mrs. Elizabeth Barnes and husband against the Cleburne Street Railway Com pany for damages for personal injuries sustained by Mrs. Barnes as a result of a fall in one of defendant’s cars while she was in tbe act of leaving tbe car.
