Brent Jackson, d/b/a Jackson’s Farming Company and Companion Property and Casualty, along with the University of North Carolina, for and on behalf of the University of North Carolina Hospitals and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, appeal from the 10 July 2001 Order and the 24 July 2001 Supplemental Order granting appellees, the law firms of Massengill & Bricio, P.L.L.C., and White Law Offices, P.A., attorneys’ fees based on incurred medical compensation recovered for their client, J. Carmen Fuentes, in his claim for workers’ compensation.
