JOHNSON, Judge:

In this appeal from the order granting summary judgment we are asked to decide two intertwined issues. First, we are asked to decide whether the trial court abused its discretion in imposing a sanction excluding the use of any expert testimony pertaining to the subject matter of the interrogatories due to Appellants’ failure to answer the interrogatories after a court order to do so.
