OPINION
GRANT, Justice.
Kenneth and Patsy Slatton appeal from the termination of their parental rights to their five children in a proceeding brought by the Brazoria County Protective Services Unit. 1 The Slattons contend (1) that because all evidence of matters before the 1987 trial was barred by res judicata, there was insufficient evidence of material change in circumstances which would support the termination of their parental rights to their children, (2) that termination of their parental rights to a child born after the previous trial was barred by res judica-ta or collateral estoppel,…
