Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law.

ANDREWS, Chief Judge.

An interlocutory decree upon the original complaint in this action was entered by the Court on the 3rd day of August, 1950, in which the Court found that the complainants were the owners of a valid patent upon a laundry identification system, U. S.
