Appellant is the executrix of the estate of Charles W. Fourl, deceased, and a defendant and cross-defendant in the action. The appeal is from a portion of the interlocutory judgment that “the limited partnership of Massey and Associates was dissolved”; that receivers appointed by the court are in possession of all of its business and are managing and operating the same; that the respective interests of the members of the dissolved partnership and their successors and assigns are in accordance with the list therein, which includes Margot M.
