This action is the lead case in the consolidated pretrial proceedings of the multidis trict litigation In re Municipal Derivatives Antitrust Litigation, 08 MDL No. 1950. Plaintiffs are municipalities and other purchasers of municipal derivatives (collectively, “Plaintiffs”).
