On appeal from final summary judgment, the parties focus on an antecedent order granting a motion to exclude the testimony of appellant’s expert witness. The expert testified on deposition as to, among other things, the standard of care when emergency personnel respond to a 911 call seeking help for an infant reported to be struggling to breathe. Columbia County concedes that, if exclusion of the expert testimony was error, entry of summary judgment was also error.
