DECISION AND ORDER

RICHARD L. SPEER, Bankruptcy Judge.

This cause comes before the Court on the Motion for Summary Judgment filed by the Plaintiffs, Lyle Hoffman and Mark Hoffman, as Co-Administrators of the Estate of Robert Hoffman. (Doc. No. 9). The Plaintiffs’ Motion is brought in support of their Complaint to Determine the Dischargeability of a particular debt owed to them by the Defendant/Debtor, Kevin Wayne Anstead. (Doc. No. 1).
