This is an appeal by plaintiff from a judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas following a unanimous jury verdict in favor of defendant.

The record indicates that, in July 1985, plaintiff, Sterling Moore, executor of the estate of Freda M. Brumfield, initiated an action seeking both compensatory and punitive damages based upon the allegations that Brumfield suffered a wrongful death as a result of medical negligence on the part of defendant, Richard H.
