INCH, District Judge.

This is a motion by a corporation, defendant (claiming to have its principal office and place of business in New York City, Southern district of New York), to set aside the service of a summons and complaint upon it, made in Nassau county, Eastern district of New York. The appearance of the defendant has been a special one, solely for the purpose of this motion.
