After prevailing in an administrative 'due process hearing on her claim under the Individuals with Disabilities in Education Act and Individuals, with Disabilities in Education Improvement Act (collectively, the “IDEA”), 20 U.S.C. §. 1400 et seg., the plaintiff, Mabel Flood, who is suing on behalf of herself and her minor child, seeks reimbursement of attorneys’ fees and costs she incurred in pursuing her successful claim.
