Granting in Part and Denying in Part the Plaintiff’s Motion For Attorney’s Fees & Costs

I. INTRODUCTION

This matter comes before the court on the plaintiffs motion for attorney’s fees and costs. The plaintiff is the mother of a minor child who is entitled to the protections of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (“IDEA”), 20 U.S.C. §§ 1400, et seq.
