In this action, plaintiff Shane alleges that he was unlawfully terminated from his job as a state trooper because of his race, in viola tion of his rights under the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments to the United States Constitution, 42 U.S.C. §§ 1981, 1983, 1985, and 1986, Article .First Section One and Twenty of the Connecticut State Constitution and Article Twenty-one of the amendments thereto, Connecticut General Statute § 29-4, the internal policy rules of the State Police Department, and the State Police Contract.
