TAMKO Building Products, Incorporated (“Employer” or “TAMKO”) appeals a decision of the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission granting unemployment benefits to Stanley Frankoski (“Claimant”). Employer contends that Claimant was fired for misconduct related to his work and was thereby disqualified from receiving unemployment benefits. After our review of the whole record, we find that the facts found by the Commission are supported by competent and substantial evidence and that Claimant’s behavior did not constitute work-related misconduct.
