This is an appeal from a conviction sustained in the county court of Marshall county for the alleged offense of unlawful transportation of intoxicating liquor.
Harmon Spicer, former sheriff of Marshall county, testified that he saw the defendant, Gilbert Coe, about 8:00 a. m., on August 20, 1946, crossing a street in Madill; that Coe was driving a Ford automobile; that he followed him and saw him driving up behind the building occupied by the Sportsman’s Club; that the defendant got out of the car and walked into the building, followed by the officer; that defendant walked to the front of the…
