Defendant-Appellant Fireman’s Fund Insurance Company (“Fireman’s Fund”), appeals from the order of the Circuit Court of the First Circuit (“circuit court”) filed August 29, 2001, granting partial summary judgment in favor of Plaintiff-Appellee Del Monte Fresh Produce (Hawai'i), Inc.
