Foshan Shunde Yongjian Houseware and Hardware Co., Ltd. (“Shunde”) moves, under USCIT R. 24(a), for leave to file out of time a motion to intervene as a matter of right as a defendant-intervenor in this consolidated action, where Plaintiff, Home Products International, Inc., is challenging the U.S. Department of Commerce’s final results of the first administrative review of an antidumping duty order on ironing tables from China.
