I. INTRODUCTION

Plaintiff Ramon Villanueva-Bazaldua filed the above-captioned action alleging violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act, 29 U.S.C. § 201 et seq. (“FLSA”), breach of contract, fraud, and breach of the duty of good faith and fair dealing. Mr. Villa-nueva-Bazaldua’s FLSA claim is brought on behalf of himself and all other similarly situated workers employed by Defendants TruGreen Limited Partners and Tru-Green, Inc.
