Plaintiffs bring a wage and hour action arising under the Fair Labor Standards Act, 29 U.S.C. section 201 et seq. (FLSA), and under California labor laws. Plaintiff moves to conditionally certify a collective action under the section 16(b) of the FLSA, 29 U.S.C. § 216(b), and for an order authorizing facilitated notice of this action to prospective class members.
