1. History
This case is before the Court as a consolidated class action seeking recovery of overtime benefits which Plaintiffs claim are owed to all securities brokers who worked for Defendant 1 during the various class periods. See Document No. 77, p. 42; Document No. 80-2 ¶¶ 8-13.
