Given, Judge:

Dollie Toney Peters, on December 19, 1949, filed her petition in this Court alleging that she had been prejudiced by improper actions of Philip H. Marcum, an attorney at law, duly licensed and admitted to practice in this Court, in relation to a matter pending in this Court. The petition was verified and by order, entered December 19, 1949, was referred by this Court to the Secretary-Treasurer of the West Virginia State Bar, pursuant to the provisions of Article 3 of the rules governing Procedure for Disciplining, Suspending and Disbarring Attorneys.
