This writ of error brings .up for review the action of the Circuit Court of McDowell county suspending the respondent James K. Smith from the practice, of law in that court for the term, of two years.
The jurisdiction of this Court to review the action of the circuit court by writ of error is challenged, it being contended that there is no provision of law providing for such review by this Court.
