Haymond, Judge:

Under Section 7, Article 2, Chapter 30, Code, 1931, the defendant, William F. Damron, a practicing attorney of the Logan County Bar, on April 1, 1946, by direction of the Judge of the Circuit Court of Lincoln County, was summoned to appear before that court on April 9, 1946, to answer five specific charges' of malpractice and to show cause why his license as an attorney should not be sus pended or annulled.
