— This is an appeal from an interlocutory order appointing a receiver in a proceeding filed by appellee against appellant, wherein appellee demanded judgment in the sum of $7,500 and prayed an ‘order of court declaring appellant George Kraft Company to be a receiver of a stock of merchandise purchased by it in bulk from the Independent Five and Ten Cent Stores of New York.
