JULIUS J. OLSON, Justice.
Five negligence cases were tried together in the court below, resulting in verdicts for the respective plaintiffs in four thereof and for the defendant in the fifth. The cases have been submitted together here.
Defendant, having moved for -judgment notwithstanding the verdict or for a new trial in each of the four cases wherein the verdicts were against it ánd same having been denied, has brought the cases aforesaid here for review. In the fifth case plaintiff moved for a new trial. That being denied, he has appealed from the order so made.
