DIBELL, Justice.

Action by the plaintiff, as administrator of the estate of Hilma I. Anderson, his wife, against Anton L. Anderson and Tresse Anderson, his wife, defendants, for damages alleged to have resulted from the negligence of the defendants in the operation of an automobile in which the decedent was riding as their guest. There was a verdict for $7,500 for the plaintiff. The defendants appeal from an order denying their alternative motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict or a new trial.
