LINDLEY, Judge.
Respondent brought suit against complainants to recover damages for sales of whiskey above established ceiling prices. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 204(e) (1) of the Price Control Act, 50 U.S.C.A.Appeudix § 924(e) (1), complainants procured leave in the District Court to apply to this court for adjudication of the validity of the regulations involved.
