Defendants appealed from an order denying a new trial.

Plaintiff recovered a verdict for $3,000 for personal injuries arising out of an automobile collision. He was riding on the right hand seat of an automobile with one Anfang, who was driving south at a speed of about 12 to 15 miles per hour. Defendant Sheppard, acting for defendant cab company, drove a cab in a westerly direction at a speed of 20 to 25 miles per hour. It was night and the streets were slippery.
