Charged with a violation of an ordinance of the city of St. Paul prohibiting a person in an intoxicated condition from driving a motor vehicle, the appellant Mandehr was tried in the municipal court, found guilty and sentenced to imprisonment. At the trial, he and the other appellants falsely testified that the car in question was driven by the appellant Bergstrom at the time and plac'e specified in the complaint.
