Affirming.

Appellant was found guilty of the offense of malicious cutting and wounding a person with intent to kill him, and sentenced to three years in the penitentiary. On this appeal, his counsel urges three grounds for reversal of .that judgment.

First, he says that the verdict is flagrantly against the evidence.
