Affirming.
Given five years imprisonment for shooting and killing Bee Bentley, appellant is asking ns to reverse the court’s judgment because of alleged prejudicial errors, in:(1) Overruling motion for a directed verdict;(2) Failure to instruct on the whole law of the ease, and(3) Pronouncing sentence on the same day of the term on which verdict was returned, contrary to the provisions of Section 283 of our Criminal Code.
