Reversing.
Indicted for murder of Ms nephew, Yarlie Caudill, the appellant was convicted of the crime of voluntary manslaughter and sentenced to serve two years and one day in the peMtentiary. He appeals.
The only proof as to the manner of the homicide produced by the commonwealth consisted of the testimony of witnesses as to statements made by the appellant immediately after the shooting.
