Affirming.
Robert Conard bas brought us a record containing a death sentence imposed upon him for the murder of Dixie Hill. This homicide occurred under these circumstances: Both Conard and Hill were colored men, who lived in a suburb of Jenkins. Conard worked for the B. & O. S. W. Railway Company. Hill ran a grocery and sold goods to Conard on credit. They made frequent settlements.
